New Czech Facility
Our new purpose built facility at Louny is located close to the German border, allowing OMC to provide it's clients with a service that is both remarkably cost effective and convenient. It is this service combination (underpinned of course by our technical competence and depth of experience) that sets us apart from our competitors.

The Louny facility is ISO2001:2000 certified and is equipped with inter alia the largest chemical processing baths in the industry. This fully integrated solution for precision cleaning and reconditioning services for PVD customers including precious metal recovery, ultrasonic cleaning, surface treatment, final quality control and clean room packaging.

Additional services include decoupled plasma source (DPS) etching, ion implantation parts cleaning and reconditioning, assembly and leak testing of ultra high vacuum (UHV) components.
