Non Aggressive Chemical Treatment is a process involving the selective chemical etching of metals from a variety of substrates. Parts are placed in chemical solutions which are non-aggressive in attacking substrate materials. Chemically treated parts are intensively rinsed with ultra pure water and thoroughly dried with oil-free compressed dry air.

Surface Treatment is a technique whereby a stream of particles is propelled by a compressed air jet to texture the surface of a component. This process is used to create a surface finish for a vacuum deposition process. The blasted surface assists with adhesion and allows for extended equipment up-time between preventive maintenance intervals.
